As real estate investors in Michigan, we are dedicated to the continued success of real estate investing in our great state of Michigan. As we all know our state is in an economic recession. Thousands of decent, hard working people are losing their homes. Cities are losing property tax dollars. Real Estate investors like us are watching the values of our real estate investments decline at an incredible pace. As you can see, this is not a good situation for anyone. As real estate investors in Michigan, we need to come together to do our part to help correct this situation. We need to pool our resources so that our investments do not decline further. I have re-designed this site to encourage active communication between real estate investors in Michigan. The idea is that we can use our strengths to help the weaknesses of others, which would make us all stronger real estate investors capable of withstanding the trying times of the current economic situation in Michigan.
